ICT services

ICT Services is responsible for providing staff and students with computing, networking and application support. ICT Services are integral to your learning and teaching experience.

There are over 300 PCs in school. You can use any of our PCs to access your learning materials, ISLE (Island School Learning Environment - our Virtual Learning Environment), e-mail and the student desktop of software, which includes the full Microsoft Office 2007 suite. Media editing suites, scanning, printing and copying facilities are also available. This means that you can study at the time, pace, and place that suits you.

ICT Services provide and maintain all school PCs in teaching rooms and staff offices. All software is managed by the ICT team and is updated on student PCs each summer. The ICT team also provides and maintains the school wireless and wired network.
